Throughout my entire childhood and early teens I avoided doing anything that involved sweaty sports and activity. It was something I dreaded. Not only was I out of shape but I was suffering from anxiety and eating disorders. 

Following my last year of high school I was fortunate enough to be blessed with a beautiful baby girl but my lifestyle had led me to have a high risk pregnancy. I had developed PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) from all the years of struggling with my eating habits. I would find any way to limit food intake which usually relapsed in binge eating or purging anything I felt was 'too much'. 

After coming off bed rest for months and stabilizing myself, I took it upon myself to become a stronger and healthier version of myself. It took me six months of dedicating myself to the gym and changing my 'diet' to get fit and feel confident again. I remember running up and down the stairs to get something from my room and getting emotional over something so simple but so accomplishing. I cant believe I allowed my body to get to the point where walking up stairs made my knees buckle and collapse.

My body fat had dropped 10% that year and I was finally a mentally and physically stronger person, and by extension, a stronger and able mother!

My goal is to be able to help women all over the world become healthier and stronger so they can feel confident and sexy in everything they do ! I want everyone to experience their best quality of life.

All great things take time. There will never be a quick fix to reach your fitness goals. I believe in obtaining an improved physiological state by focusing on all aspects of health! Your health always comes first when achieving a fitness goal. Motivation will not always be there for you but, with discipline in your training, nutrition and cardio, you will succeed!
